A Head Quentinian Diplomat is a diplomat from the United States of Quentin assigned to a certain Quentinian Embassy, where they communicate diplomat issues to the country the embassy is in. Each country the USQ has diplomatic relations with has a Head Diplomat. There are also numerous diplomats from the USQ to different organizations, such as the Asperian Trade and Defense Organization, the Venturian Union, and many others.
The head diplomat is appointed by the President of the USQ, and are approved by the House of Bureaucrats. They serve for as long as they wish, or until removed by the President or House of Bureaucrats. Their responsibilities include communicating diplomatic policy, solving problems with the foreign country, and assisting the Quentinian GTNEC in making agreements. Below are lists of head Quentinian diplomats, with a list for countries, organizations. One not included on the lists below are the International Venturian Embassy, which has a Head Diplomat, currently Tyler Grifles.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of Head Quentinian Diplomats are mainly to head the efforts of communication to the organization or nation about the USQ's policies, any issues, and so-forth. In some organizations they are responsible for casting votes for the USQ, in things such as policies and elections, although these need to be approved by the House of Bureaucrats.
