The Asperian Trade and Defense Organization, commonly referred to as ATADO, is an intergovernmental organization that shares and plans defense and economic policies. The organization, composed of numerous countries on the Asper continent, as well as Xevenia and the Iridium Coast, was created on January 1st, 1941, to defend against future threats similar to those that led to the Greater Venturian War. The ATADO Constitution created the organization, with an original 3 members, the Protectorates of Allia, Docneighland, and The United States of Quentin. Throughout its history, the ATADO gained another 4 members, Carkhia, then Ravensonia, then Xevenia, then the Iridium Coast.

The ATADO also currently recognizes New Sketherlands as an observing member, with an observer representative. Certain benefits of the organization include a defense pact, with countries pledging to defend each other, as well as economic benefits, such as no embargoes, tariffs, and other beneficial rates and imports.
