Chronicles of Noir is a 2020 Quentinian superhero film directed and created by Carter A. Barkley, as a part of the new series of superhero films produced by QUACK! Studios. Based on the QUACK! Comics character Noir, the film ties in with other recent QUACK! superhero movies including Humakavula: Dark Shadows and Good Hope: Starlight, and sets up the upcoming 2021 film Knights of Life. The film is the first to be created based on Noir, and stars Pascal Clinton, supported by Tina Lachraberts, Jacoby Friarmuth, Jim Caustine, and Rodney Bagley. In the film, the titular hero Noir (Clinton) attempts to fight crime in the Chip Area after the tragic murder of his parents. With the help of his love interest, Selena Harvey (Lachraberts) and law enforcement agent Josh Wright (Caustine), Noir attempts to take down gangs in the cities, however is undermined by the insane criminal Slapjack (Friarmuth) and a host of other criminals.
The film was first announced by QUACK! in 2018, after the success of Good Hope: Starlight, which was the first comic movie to have major success in the USQ. Carter A.
