Fyñe, officially the Unitary Socialist Republic of Fyñe, is a nation in central Zwakazi. The nation has one of the largest economies in the world, and its population as of 2019, 316.89 million, is above average for nations on Venturia. It is infamous for its complex and bureaucratic government, which has been in place for nearly 200 years, and which has been viewed both positively and negatively internationally and domestically. Located in the central region of the Zwakazi continent, the country borders the Sacred Watch to the north, the Nista Federation to the west, the Zwakazi Alliance to the east, and Xevenia to the south, along with the Nyoka and Grim oceans to the west and north respectively. The capital of the country is Belliiero, one of the largest cities in the world with a population of 18 million.

Fyñe was first settled in a similar fashion to the other countries on the Zwakazi continent, with populations traveling from the Asper continent around 2000 B.C. The first organization of the nation came with the Fanner Tribe, which established government in the region and built the famous Fyñerian Stick Towers around 900 B.C. After being toppled by disease, famine, or other factors, Fyñe dissolved into smaller tribes once again. Influence from the Allian Empire came in early 700 A.D, however it was not until 1100 that Allian settlers began encroaching onto Fyñerian lands. Like other Zwakazian nations, the Fyñerians then organized, with the 1200's through the 1500's being a period of regional kings and numerous civil wars, including the Grand Fyñerian Civil War of 1397. Semi-stability was attained with the presence of the Trigadian Empire from the 1400's through the late 1500's, and by 1654 six regional kings ruled the country.

After two centuries of stability under the six kings, explorers from the Protectorates of Allia began invading Fyñerian lands, with private military forces aiding the explorers in attempting to find profit. Overwhelmed, the Folly Treaties were instituted by the six kings, which allowed Allians free reign in the country and near immunity from the law. In 1827 the populous of the country rose up, installing a semi-democratic government to replace the six kings. After the new government mustered a massive army, the Allian explorers were expelled by the force in 1834. After instability, 1847 saw the start of the Fyñerian Second Civil War, which resulted in a firm government ruled by the Master Capitulator and an extremely complex and bureaucratic government. After failing to industrialize, Fyñe stayed neutral in the Great Venturian War, however fought with the Southern Coastal Alliance in the Greater Venturian War. Decades of postwar poverty resulted in Raphael DeNeiiro taking power in 1967, after which followed a major economic boom and a new socialist government.

Today, Fyñe is still ruled by the Raphael DeNeiiro Grand Party under a complex socialist republic system, though some changes in policy in the late 1990's in favor of capitalism have occurred. Its economy is one of the largest in the world, however its levels of poverty and low HDI index make it by far the lowest of the developed countries, with wealth distribution and overpopulation being major issues in the nation. Fyñe is a member of the Venturian Union, the Sidus Dei Ludos, and the General Economic Cooperation Organization, and within the VU is currently a head nation of the Venturian Union Legislative Congress. Fyñe tends to be one of the more neutral nations when dealing with world affairs, however is a close ally of the Fourth Laborer Socialist Republic, and thus has had tense relations with the Sacred Watch and Carkhia in the past, though economic ties have ensured its neutrality into the 21st century.

The Fyñerian government is officially a Unitary Socialist Republic, meaning the nation's government and some of its property is controlled by one party, which has been the DeNeiiro Grand Party since 1967. The government of the nation, which is laid out by the Deneiiro Law, is one of the most complex in the world and involves the division of the nation into 49 provinces, which each have their own parliaments. These parliaments each elect 45 members from their respective provinces, who must be endorsed by the DeNeiiro Party to run, and these members are under the direction of the central parliament of the nation, the Menspekeers Parliament. There is also a President, who directs the Menspekeers and relays information from the Party, which is headed by the General Socialist Party Manager, who also heads the Board of the DeNeiiro Grand Party, made up of some of the top members of the nation's party. The President and Menspekeers are elected by the people, however the Party Manager is appointed by the Board, and the Board is based upon a system where the Board members serve for life, and once one dies they all collectively vote on a new member to fill the spot.

When a law or other action needs to be proposed, it can be proposed by either the Party Manager, the President, or a member of the Board of the Party. This law or action will then go to the Board of the Party for a vote, which includes the Party Manager as a voter, and if the law or action does not violate the policy of the nation, it will pass on to the Menspekeers Parliament, headed by the President, for its approval. The Menspekeers Parliament is bicameral, and thus the two houses known as the Socialist Interests House and the Populist Interests House will vote on the law or action. If it is not passed in either house, the law will go to the Party Board for a possible override. If it passes both, however, it will go to the 49 provincial parliaments, which each vote on the law or action as they see fit. 30 of the 49 parliaments must approve the law or action for it to pass. Once it does, it passes into the law of Fyñe. If it does not pass the provincial parliaments, it will go to the Menspekeers and the Party Board for a potential override.

Other additional powers of the parts of Fyñerian government include:

  • Provincial Parliaments: Can request for laws to be introduced by higher politicians, and manage the funds and public works of their province.
  • Menspekeers: They alone have the power to declare war, handle provincial requests and sends them higher up, and has partial control over the budget of the nation. Is in charge of printing currency and conducting foreign relations.
  • President: Has the ability to remove any Menspekeers or provincial officials for illegal acts, is second-in-command of the military, and has their own executive department, titled the Skratrimaer, to conduct internal intelligence and to enforce internal law.
  • Party Board: Has the ability to partially manage the budget, and to amend the Deneiiro Law, with some restrictions.
  • Party Manager: Is commander-in-chief of the military, and heads up the Party Board.

In the Menspekeers Parliament, the Populist House includes 223 members, and the Socialist House includes 85 members. There is also a court system, called the High Court of Fyñe, which handles justice, though it does not interpret the Deneiiro Law.
