Josh Wright

Josh Wright is a fictional character from QUACK! Comics, appearing in many of Noir's adventures leading the Interdepartmental Committee on Extraordinary Crime (ICEC). He is also depicted in the Regular Steve's comic series, which features him and other members of the ICEC fighting crime.
