The United States of Quentin Department of Professions and Labor (QUEDOPAL), also referred to in the United States of Quentin as the Department of Professions and Labor, is a Quentinian federal executive department that handles worker rights, business and corporation issues such as monopolies and the stock market, and domestic trade between the states and the regulation of that trade. It also gives licenses for a number of companies, including federal contractors and Quentinian Military Weapons Licensors. The Department of Professions and Labor was created in 1835 by the House of Bureaucrats, and is headed by the Quentinian Secretary of Professions and Labor.

The current Secretary of Professions and Labor is Paul Stroll, who was appointed by President of the USQ Kyle Lovestington in January of 2014, and approved by the House of Bureaucrats later that month, on January 12th. Secretary Stroll is an official member of the Cupboard, and in addition to running the Department of Professions, it is Stroll's responsibility to advise and take orders from the President regarding labor and the many powers of the Department. The Secretary of Professions and Labor is 6th in the United States of Quentin Presidential Line of Succession, meaning if the President were unfit to serve, the Secretary would be 6th in line to take over.

The Department of Professions and Labor is headquartered in Mechanicsburg, GA, at the Corner Outlier Federal Facility, which is located at 760 Cupboard Place, across the street from 777 Cupboard Place, the residence of the President and the Secretary of Professions and Labor. Although the Secretary resides there, most of the Secretary's time is spent at Corner Outlier.
