Ali Caran Shamji (July 7th, 1892 - October 29th, 1964) was a Quentinian politician and military officer who served as the 15th President of the United States of Quentin from 1942 to 1954, serving three terms in the office. Before becoming President, Shamji was an active member of the Mild RePublican Party, rising through party ranks to serve as the head diplomat to Allia in 1918. Additionally, Shamji served in the Quentinian Air Force during the Greater Venturian War, and rose to the rank of Lieutenant Commander, serving primarily on the front lines in Allia until he retired two years before the end of the war.

Shamji was born in Kumar City, KUA in the USQ in 1892, living in the center of the new and growing city with his family, which included his grandparents and cousins all in the same household. The Shamji family moved to Beach Haven in Long Beach Island after the territory became a state in 1895, and the family was a founding family of the Mild RePublican Organization in LBI. At a young age Shamji was involved in politics, and at 18 he became the personal assistant of President Cheryl Gruver, a Mild RePublican. After attending Kumar Federal University for two years Shamji became active in the better-established Kumar Area Mild RePublican Organization, which allowed him to be appointed head diplomat to Allia in 1918, due to his fundraising and support activities for the party.
