Jules Rites

Jules Rites (born May 19th, 1998) is a Quentinian professional bicycler, and a member of the Quentinian National Bicycling Association, best known for his two Sidus Dei Ludos medals and use of drugs during numerous local competitions, including publicly before events in the Chip Area.
