CAPITAL is a bureau of The Grassland Area's state government, in The United States of Quentin. The organization operates in and around the capital city of the state and nation, Mechanicsburg, working to organize transportation such as trains, buses, taxis, air travel and airports, roads, and the Mechanicsburg Public Subway System inside the city. CAPITAL is funded by GA state taxes, and has nearly 6,500 employees that work to organize, maintain, and hire staff for transportation, as well as coordinate with other cities and transportation authorities (Such as the Quentinian Department of Transportation, the Grassland Department of Transportation, etc.) to make sure transportation is efficient and operational.
CAPITAL was created in 1933 as a bureau of the Grassland Department of Transportation, first only working with roads, then expanding to different forms of transportation throughout its 86 year history.
