The Amendment for the Permanent Condemnation of Paladinia and Its Secession, also known as the Amendment to Condemn Paladinia, is an act of emendation of the United States of Quentin federal government which was proposed to the Congressional Committee of Amendments (CCA) on August 13th, 2019, and approved by the CCA on November 11th, 2019. The act then was introduced to the combined Congress on November 29th, however was stricken down in Congress by a vote of 109-21. The act of emendation, if it had become an amendment, would've been the 25th amendment to the Constitution, and would've strictly prohibited the nation from opening the border to Paladinia, joining in any alliances with the nation besides the Venturian Union, and declared the nation a territory of the nation under Constitutional law. The act was introduced by three Multi-Logan State bureaucrats, one of which is currently a member of the CCA, who allowed it to be passed on to the combined Congress.
