The Congressional Committee of Amendments (CCA) is a Congressional committee of the Congress of the United States of Quentin which evaluates requests for amendments to the United States of Quentin Constitution, and chooses whether to approve them or reject them. The committee was formed in 1834, with the creation of the Combined Congressional Charter, laying out the body's procedures as a combined body.
