Absolute Democracy

An Absolute Democracy, also known as a Docneighlandic Democracy, is a form of democracy wherein representatives make proposals for the country, and citizens vote on all proposals. This includes new laws, proposals to vote on laws, declarations, ratification of public officials or treaties, etc. An absolute democracy is currently only used in Docneighland, where it originated in the early 1500's and continues to be the only country ever to use the form of government.
