The Lindin Founders are a professional Roofball team in The Quentinian Roofball Organization. They are a part of The Eastern Roofball Conference, and in The ERC Northeast with The Jameisville Elves and The Fort McCarthy Liberators. They have won The QRO Champions Cup twice, in 1955 as well as 1978, and they play in the city of Lindin. Currently their head coach is Brian Lindsaya, and their owner is Jack Jekzxson.

History

The Founders were founded in 1945, by their first owner, Madelyn Maxxoln. In the early years, they had a very good team put together, including a good defense and an incredible Penetraman by the name of Steverina Valsxks, who was put in The QRO Hall of Champions later. They easily won the Cup in 1955, as well as winning the ERC title multiple times. In the '60s, the Founders established a good team however it was not quite as good as the previous decade, and they failed to win the Cup or the Title in that decade. One important event in the '60s, however, was the establishment of the long standing rivalry between the Founders and The Verisitium Vipers, which has continued to present day.

In the 1970s, the Founders perhaps played their best ever. Led on by an intriguing defensive force, and a mind blowing offense, they were in contention every year, winning the EFC Title 3 years, and finally managing to snag the Champions Cup in 1978. The prevalence of the Founders continued into the early '80s, when a number of rivalry games against the Vipers, twice for the Champions Cup, were played, and the EFC Title twice won by the Founders. However, they could not seem to come out on top in any of those seasons, and when Kenny Shoulip, their Center Tussler, retired, and David Loshstev was lost to free agency in 1982, the Founders went on a losing streak, seeming to have lost the magic of previous years. Their mediocrity has continued to this day, with the team only making The Tournament 3 times since 1984, and never winning the EFC Title.
