The People's Flag of Xevenia is an unofficial rectangular flag of Xevenia, which includes three stripes of equal size, one brown, representing the forests of the nation, as well as a black stripe and red stripe, which are traditional colors of the region. The flag was originally created in 1923, by the dictator of the country at the time, Peter Orotro, and after Orotro was deposed, was used as a flag of the new government until 1942, when the current Flag of Xevenia was created. Today there is a large controversy in Xevenia over the flags, and which one should be designated as the official one for the nation. The whole controversy and details can be found on the page Xevenian Flag Dispute.
