Brightwater Gulf is a large body of water located on the Asper continent that is nearly completely surrounded by land, but is connected to The Lankanata Ocean by way of The Retrainnis Straits. The gulf borders two countries, The United States of Quentin and the Republic of Megatridimensional Order, and as well as containing numerous small islands, often with military occupations, the gulf is a large shipping and transportation hub, especially for other nations to reach important coastal cities like Port Jaron, Brightwater, Livjessville, Belljexk, Port Landavisislanders, and Near Harbor.

Geology

The gulf is home to various nature, including many diverse species of fish, as well as different kinds of marine wildlife in the southern part of the body of water. These include Lopequefish, many species of salmon and eels, as well as multiple types of coral and seaweed. The floor of the gulf is also scattered with different kinds of rocks and soil, and the diverse geology of the area makes it one of the unique spots in all of Venturia.


Geography

The Brightwater Gulf is located in between the countries of the Republic of Megatridimensional Order and The United States of Quentin, as well as being connected to both The Sea of Stratigeo and The Lankanata Ocean, making it a great place for countries that border those bodies of water to trade with the world powers of the USQ and MTO. Inside the gulf are also numerous islands, many small as well as a few decently sized ones, some home to small micronations. While the USQ and MTO signed The Brightwater Agreement in 2012, setting boundaries for the gulf and restricting takeover and occupation of these islands, these nations are nonetheless cooperative either militarily or economically with the two superpowers.

Some major examples of these island micronations include The Coastal Islands of Atillaraon, Mounster Island, The Archipelago of Redniess, as well as two micronations on Midtri Island, The Federated Half of Quoaria and Midtrinnis.In many places along the coast the gulf digs in and creates small bays, a number of which have been used as an advantage by the two nations, as numerous large cities and ports lie in these bays.
