Born in Corumminius in 1964, Tristan attended King's College of Corumminius for 6 years, majoring in communications and speech. After graduating, Tristan then joined the Skethish Air Force, serving in the Coalitionist War on the Zwakazi continent. After serving another 10 years in the air force, Tristan was promoted to the rank of Captain before retiring in 1993. In 1996, Tristan became involved with the Skethish Unity Party, as he had a close relationship with party chairwoman Christina Joy. In 1997, after supporting Joy's reelection to the Skethish Parliament in the House of Commons, Baddan Tristan was nominated himself to become a minister of parliament from Corumminius. Elected in a major upset, Tristan became third-ranking member of the Unity Party in Parliament in 1999. After leading a 2007 vote of no-confidence against Prime Minister Justin Farcell, Tristan was appointed Minister of Foreign Cooperation under the new Unity Prime Minister, Tyler Maxwell. After the end of Maxwell's administration in 2011, Tristan returned to normal duty in Parliament, being reelected each year until 2018, when he decided to run for Prime Minister after the removal of Griffen Baaksbie. He was successful, being dutied and oathed that same year. He served until his resignation in 2020.
