The 2021 Paladinian Democratic Elections were held on May 1st, 2021, to determine the composition of the new national government of Paladinia, including the selection of the nation's first Prime Minister and members of the People's Legislature of Paladinia. The elections were declared as a result of the 2021 Paladinian Democratic Revolution, wherein pro-democracy supporters overthrew the nation's system of co-dictatorship. Soon after the government was reorganized, with the support of a large majority of the populous, into a republic with similarities to existing republics. After this, it was declared that a new charter of government was passed by representatives from across the country. This document organized the government and laid out its composition, but also declared May 1st to be national election day, with citizens age 16 and older being eligible to vote.

Campaigning for offices was far shorter than elections elsewhere, as less than a month was available for candidates to campaign. Nonetheless, the race for Prime Minister yielded five well-known candidates for office, all five of which were former government leaders. These were Patrick Wilson, who was backed by the newly formed Orange Group, Liam Revejik backed by the Paladinian , Jared Rosymone, Lisa Kidd, and Jack O'Brien. After votes were counted, the election saw Patrick Wilson of the Orange Group defeat the four other candidates to become the first Prime Minister of the nation's new government.

The elections for the People's Legislature were also well-contested.
