1966 Foreign Purge

The 1966 Foreign Purge, (less commonly known as "The Elimination of Enemies Act of 1966."), was a three month forced displacement or execution of Republic of Megatridimensional Order citizens believed to be enemies of The Ascendancy who took power in 1966. There were 13,393 citizens listed in the Act. Of those, 230 were executed, 1,471 were captured and exiled, 8,402 sought asylum other countries, while the fate of 3,290 citizens is unknown.
